The Crown's unrivaled security begins with its behemoth  5 3/4-inch thick, internally hinged, composite door with Champions exclusive Double-Step™ 2-inch thick door edge. Up to 22 massive, 1 1/2-inch diameter bolts are strategically placed around the perimeter of the door with Roughneck™ Bolt Guides providing a lifetime of smooth, squeak free operation.

Inside this formidable door is Sargent & Greenleaf's Group II lock which secures the smoothest and strongest bolt works in the industry. Thick Diamond Imbedded Armor-Plate™ protects the lock from drilling, torching, punching and hammering. Champion’s Auto-Relock™ System, consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary relockers stands guard against attempts at forced entry. Finally, our exclusive Glass-Guard™ Relock System, with an additional remotely placed relocker, assures an extra level of security found only in bank type vaults. The Crown's door is the thickest, heaviest and most secure in the industry - bar none.

The Crown's body from tough 3/16-inch (.187) steel. Phoenix™ Class IV Fire Protection is then added forming a shell up to 2-inches thick. Champion’s Triumph Series safes provide the highest order of victory over the most skillful intruders. "This is the hardest safe I've ever tried to get into," declares Martin Pierce, a well known Montana locksmith.

All Triumph safes feature multi-wall construction. The body is formed from 10 Gauge steel. Then Phoenix™ Class III Fire Protection, rated at 1500° for one-hour, Thirty Minutes, is added creating a composite wall 1 1/2-inches thick. 

The Triumph’s 5-inch thick Multifarious Compositedoor is fully recessed to prevent entry by prying and its strong internal hinges afford additional security. The door's precision bolt works operate up to 18 massive, 1 1/4-inch diameter bolts, which are placed around the entire perimeter of the door. Roughneck™ Bolt Guides eliminate squeaky door bolts and offer a lifetime of smooth operation.

A Sargent & Greenleaf Group II lock secures the door’s locking mechanism and is guarded by Champion’s impenetrable Diamond Imbedded Armor-Plate™. The Auto-Relock™ provides additional protection from torching, hammering, drilling, and punching. Adding a final measure of bank-like security is the Glass-Guard™ Relock System. 

The flawless exterior is finished in glossy, hand-applied polyurethane. The logo and scroll work is done in gold, fine-line silkscreen. The 24-karat gold-plated, three-spoke handle and dial not only add beauty, but toughness and functionality as well. Plush velour adds an elegant touch to the Triumph’s interior.

The Trophy Series - Champion Safe's steel homeowners insurance policy, that covers everything you put in it - without annual premiums. Available in one size, the Trophy Series provides and excellent quality at Champion's most economical pricing - a safe all can afford.

The Trophy Series offers many features our competition can't afford to include like; the famous Sargent & Greenleaf lock, internal ball bearing hinges, and 100% active door bolts. The Trophy's steel body is formed out of 12 gauge (.120) steel. Then Phoenix™ Class I Fire Protection, rated at 1500° for One Hour, is added forming a shell 3/4-inch thick. Unlike our competition the 3 1/2-inch thick composite door is crafted from two full sheets of 12 gauge steel with fire insulation sandwiched in between. the Sargent & Greenleaf lock is protected by Champion’s thick Diamond Imbedded Armor-Plate™. Champion’s Auto-Relock™ System, which is activated by heat, drilling or tampering, stands by to securely deadlock the bolt works. Lock-up is accomplished with 8 active, 1-inch diameter, door bolts, including top and bottom bolts. Roughneck™ Bolt Guides prevent door bolt rustling, squeaking and provide a lifetime of smooth operation.

All Trophy Series safes have an attractive textured black-jade finish with chrome spoke handle and dial. The interior is covered with velour (except sidewalls).
