15-Day Return Policy
At The Safe House, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Credit Card Fee: Any Credit Card Processing Fee will not be refunded.
- Delivery Charge: Any delivery charge is non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@utahsafe.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Schedule a Pickup: Once your return is authorized, we will help you schedule a pickup. Please note that the cost of the pickup will be charged to you.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Label the package as "Denied" and contact us immediately at info@utahsafe.com or (801) 294-7233. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 20% restocking fee, The credit card fee and the delivery charge. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
